  • Create a project communications plan and set up efficient lines of communication to update stakeholders on the status of the project.

Execution

  • Initiate Project Kick-Off-Meetings
  • Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, based on the project requirements. 
  • Schedule Technical Review Meetings
  • Schedule Risk Identification and Mitigation Meetings

Monitor & Control

  • Maintain Engineering Performance Report.
  • Maintain Technical Change Control Document
  • Maintain and Update Project  Schedule
  • Attend / Participate in Internal Project Meetings 
  • Maintain Project progress and Weekly/Monthly Progress Update  
  • Attend / Participate in Weekly Status Meetings  
  • Plan and Mitigate Resources Requirement  
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of automation and identify opportunities for improvement. 

Closing

  • Conduct a post-implementation review to assess the overall success of the project. 
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify in lessons learned meeting and areas for improvement in future projects. 
  • Conduct / Participate in Lesson Learn Meeting
